 Lyrical dance is a fusion of Ballet and Jazz styles. Its aim is to interpret the accompanying music in an emotionally expressive way. Lyrical dance movements are choreographed to portray the story and emotions found within the music selected.
Dancers need strong technical Ballet and Jazz skills to perform lyrical dance.
